Today we returned to the track after a well needed break to license Eddys new GTO and to get Greg behind the wheel of his VE GTS
It was a warm day in Perth today and the track was between 2300-2600ft but still the GTO managed a 9.6 on its half track licensing pass followed by a 8.74 on it's very first full pass and then and 8.69, 8.68 between 155 and 157mph.

After running Gregs VE to a 9.99 previously in full street trim with the addition of slicks on it's one and only pass before getting booted, he has made some upgrades to cylinder heads the addition of an e boost 2, bigger slicks and put some race fuel in but still full weight of 4371lbs with full exhaust etc and obviously has added a 6 point cage and chute he was eager to get behind the wheel for the first time...
Greg has never driven anything fast down the track before so we set it up with a very moderate tune and he picked it up quick after 4-5 runs to run a PB of 9.72@143MPH!! all on a stock rear end, Well done Greg
